Baked & miso marinated monkfish with salted almonds, sweet yuzu vinaigrette & aromatic herbs.

Daikon – Nam Jim – Cucumber

Fresh maki roll of cucumber & daikon. Served with our spicy Nam Jim sauce.

Fresh tuna with chilli, spring onion & sesame. Served on shiso leaf with fresh green chilli.

Beef tataki – Truffle – Red currant

Slow-cooked short ribs with Thai herbs, glazed in Keyser's BBQ-sauce. Topped with fresh spring onion & lemongrass/kaffir lime oil.

Crunchy pork gyoza with dried green curry. Served with coconut, lemongrass & chive sauce.

Kimchi – Zucchini – Yuzu

Fresh noodles from cucumber & zucchini with Korean inspired kimchi. Topped with a touch of sesame oil & yuzu.

Korean fried chicken – Gochujang – Spring onion

Korean chicken in spicy Gochujan sauce with fresh spring onion. Served with smashed cucumber in spicy Thai sauce.

Enoki – Fermented pepper – Charred lime

Enoki mushrooms fried in tempura with fermented pepper mayo & unagi sauce.

Thai risotto – Coconut – Danish cheese

Jasmine rice steamed in coconut cream with herbs. Served with spicy soy sauce, Danish cheese & crunchy cashew nuts.
