Confit of duck with ginger, garlic & Asian herbs. Served with a bold, smoked kimchi mayo.

Daikon – Green kosho – Silky tofu

A light & refreshing dumpling wrapped in pickled daikon, filled with green yuzu kosho & silky tofu. Topped with herb dust.

Beef tartare – Wasabi – Yuzu

Beef tartare served with wasabi, creamy Thai sauce & spring onion. Topped with tapioca caviar mixed with wasabi & yuzu.

Crispy, fried dragon prawn served with a light garlic miso mayo. Topped with roasted almond flakes & fresh jalapeños.

Charred romaine – Wasabi – Mango

Caramelized salad served with mango chilli compote, wasabi dressing, cashew crumble & fresh, Asian herbs.

Grilled, juicy chicken served with Thai green curry & tarragon sauce. Topped with fried lotus root & fresh tarragon.

Pak choi – Roasted peanuts – Hokkaido pumpkin

Garlic-fried pak choi served on a purée of hokkaido pumpkin. Topped with crispy peanuts & garlic crumble.

Congee – Cashew – Safflower

Jasmine rice steamed in chicken stock, ginger & safflower. Topped with crunchy cashew nuts & fried onion.

Ladyfingers dipped in matcha & almond syrup, layered with a creamy filling & topped with sweet pickled pears.
