Black Tiger shrimp, mixed with Japanese mayo & mild chilli. Served on a crispy senbei cracker with pickled wasabi.

Monkfish – Yuzu – Miso

Baked miso-marinated monkfish with salted almonds, hokkaido-yuzu purée & aromatic herbs.

Satsuma imo – Tempura – Umeboshi

Japanese inspired potato in crunchy tempura. Served with salted plum mayo.

Tuna – Ponzu – Radish

Thinly sliced tuna, with ponzu-yuzu soy sauce. Served with fresh radish & sakura herbs.

Keyser bao – Duck confit – Hoisin

Steamed bao with filling of hoisin caramelized duck confit. Served with pickled onion & crunchy spring onion.

Tom-yam – Oyster mushroom – Kaffir lime

Thai tom-yam soup based on coconut cream, kaffir lime leaves & galanga. Served with oyster mushrooms & fresh chilli.

Beef ribs – Keyser's BBQ-sauce – Lemongrass oil

Slow-cooked short ribs with Thai herbs, glazed in Keyser's BBQ-sauce. Topped with fresh spring onion & kaffir lime oil.

Scallop – Bisque – Leek

Joe's dumplings with scallop & shrimp. Served with Asain-inspired lobster bisque, herbs & fried, crispy leeks.

Fresh roll – Yummy sauce – Chives

Fresh rice paper spring roll with carrot & zucchini. Served with yummy sauce & Japanese mayo.

Chicken – Orange – Teriyaki

Oven-grilled chicken thigh glazed with homemade teriyaki & orange sauce. Served with Nam-Jim marinated red cabbage.

Nasi goreng – Sweet soy – Chilli

Indonesian fried rice. Served with chilli, crunchy bean sprouts & sweet soy sauce.

Pad Krapow – Broccolini – Thai basil

Broccolini a la Pad Krapow. Served in authentic Thai sauce made from oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce & garlic. Topped with fresh Thai basil.

Dessert

Woon katti – Coconut – Cherry

Thai inspired coconut cream. Served with toasted coconut & cherry sorbet.
