Daikon – Green kosho – Silky tofu

A light & refreshing dumpling wrapped in pickled daikon, filled with green yuzu kosho & silky tofu. Topped with herb dust.

Beef tartare – Wasabi – Yuzu

Beef tartare served with wasabi, creamy Thai sauce & spring onion. Topped with tapioca caviar mixed with wasabi & yuzu.
